Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee the quality of our merchandise and our service, and we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our guidelines below, or contact us for help with a return.
Narcissus is proud to be a small business, some policies may be different than big name stores.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Purchases made between 11/1/25-12/24/25
Returns must be shipped back to Narcissus within 3 days of delivery date for a full refund.
Exchanges must be shipped back to Narcissus by January 10th, 2026 for an exchange or store credit.
Online Purchases
Returns must be shipped back to Narcissus within 3 days of delivery date for a full refund.
Exchanges must be shipped back to Narcissus within 10 days of delivery date for an exchange or store credit.
In-Store Purchases
Merchandise must be returned within 3 days with receipt & tags on for a full refund. Merchandise may be exchanged within 10 days with receipt & tags on.
All Return Terms & Conditions
*Swimwear, intimate apparel, hats, and other headwear, jewelry, sunglasses, formal wear, and sale items may NOT be returned or exchanged. They are final sale.
**Narcissus reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that appears to have been worn or otherwise mishandled.
